The accurate development process and the inter-division cooperation ensure the efficiency of the production chain and enable quality results in a minimum time.
Working Stages:
1. Clarification of customer's needs: the project manager clarifies
the customer's need including answer to questions such as:
the package usage, preferred raw materials, destination market,
strength & thickness levels and required quantity.
2. Developing of a proto-type: in the development division we have
the best professional employees that work on the design of a
proto-type ("SOLID") in the best accurate level using
the 3D program Cimatron.
3. Cutting formation pre production: an accurate production of the
model in an aluminum formation using the cutting machine CNC in an excellent finish level.
4. Production: after the approval of the model and the formation by the customer, the production is being
executed by vacuum in the final formation, in one of the machines in the factory. Choosing the
machine (Automatic, semi-automatic or manual) is being made accordingly to the packages data and
the required quantity.
5. Supplementary Services: after the production was made and according to the customer's demands,
it is possible to make high frequency welding or carton welding to a plastic package or to supply
folding solutions (2 Folds/ 3 Folds).
